繁華街まで路面電車で10分
目の前の路面電車に乗れば、高知中心部まで約10分。5〜10分間隔で運行しているので、人気の「ひろめ市場」へも約15分で到着します！街の喧騒から少し離れた静かな環境と、便利なアクセスを両立した好立地です。
コンビニ隣り、スーパー徒歩3分で超便利
2軒隣にローソン、その裏には大型スーパーがあり、買い出しや荷物の発送に超便利！おそらく高知で一番コンビニとスーパーに近い宿です。自炊派の食材調達はもちろん、夜のビールやお菓子の買い出しもすぐそこです。
共同キッチン付で自炊OK
調理道具が全て揃ったキッチンは、長期滞在やお遍路さんにも大人気。食費を抑えたい方はもちろん、地元食材で手料理を作ってゲスト同士でシェアするのもルルル流。音楽や料理を囲んで、楽しい乾杯の輪が広がります。

★料金・支払い・キャンセルについて
子どもの料金について
ルルル本館では、お子様も大人1名様同様の料金・人数にてご宿泊いただいております。
キャンセルについて
宿泊初日より1週間以内のキャンセルは、宿泊料金の100％がキャンセル料として必要になります。
お支払いについて
料金は事前支払いとなっており、宿泊料金は登録頂いたクレジットカードから事前に決済させて頂きます。
電話予約の場合は、電話いただいて仮予約が成立してから、3営業日程度でルルルの口座へのご入金をお願いします。
入金確認後、予約確定となります。

だいたいのチェックイン予定時刻を前日までにお知らせ下さい。不在の場合、入館＆チェックインすることができず、お待たせすることがありますので、お気を付け下さい。（例：15~17時到着予定など）

一旦チェックインをして頂くと、門限はなく、裏口から何時でも出入りができます。

15時前のチェックインは不可です。

チェックイン時間は15〜21時の間で対応させていただきます。一旦、チェックインをして頂くと、24時間出入り可能です。

チェックインが21時を超えた場合は、追加料金として「待機料」が必要になります。
事前に連絡を頂いた上で、過ぎてしまう場合は、21時を過ぎた時点で待機料として5,000円、22時以降のチェックインはいかなる理由でも受け付けられません。ご理解ください。 -
連絡が無い場合は21時の時点で無断キャンセルとして、対応することになります。ご了承ください。

無料朝食を7:30からスタッフが準備してます。それ以前のチェックアウトも可能です。
★共有設備について
ルルル本館では、長期滞在やお遍路さん、そして初めてのゲストハウス利用の方まで、誰もが快適に過ごせる充実の共有設備を整えています。24時間利用可能なシャワーや洗面台、自炊ができるキッチン、そして旅の疲れを癒やす広々としたラウンジ。マナーを守り、譲り合ってご利用いただくことで、ここだけの心地よい時間が生まれます。
キッチン
宿泊者はラウンジのキッチンを無料で利用できます。電子レンジやポット、鍋、フライパンといった調理器具から、皿・カトラリー、基本の調味料まで完備。近隣にはコンビニやスーパーもあり食材調達も簡単です。長期滞在や自炊派の方に最適ですが、使用後は各自で洗浄と片付けをお願いする「セルフスタイル」です。
ラウンジ
フロント一体型のラウンジは、食事や談笑、作業に自由に使える交流の拠点です。お食事の持ち込みも歓迎（客室での食事は不可のためこちらをご利用ください）。毎朝7:30からの朝食もここで提供しています。夜22時まで開放しており、世界中のゲストとの会話や旅の情報収集が楽しめる、ルルルで最も賑やかな場所です。
シャワー
シャワー室は本館と離れに合わせて5室あり、24時間いつでも利用可能です。シャンプー・コンディショナー・石鹸は備え付けをご利用ください。レンタルタオル（300円）や歯ブラシ（100円）も販売。男女共用ですが、鍵付きで安心して使えます。ゆったりお湯に浸かりたい方には、車で15分の天然温泉もご紹介します。
洗面台
シャワー室の 前に、24時間利用可能な洗面台を2台設置しています。清潔に保たれたスペースにはハンドソープも完備。朝の準備や就寝前の身支度に気兼ねなくお使いいただけます。共有スペースだからこそ、譲り合いの精神で気持ちよくご利用ください。コンパクトながら、旅のルーティンを支える大切な設備の一つです。
洗濯機・乾燥機
館内にコイン式の洗濯機（1回200円）2台と、乾燥機（30分100円）1台を完備しています。お遍路さんや長期旅行者、スポーツ合宿の団体様にも大変便利な設備です。洗剤はフロントにて100円で販売中。もし大量の洗濯物がある場合は、徒歩10分ほどの場所にある大型コインランドリーも併せてご案内いたします。

チェックイン前の15時以前でも、お荷物のお預かりが可能です。正面玄関前の「荷物専用棚」をご利用ください。詳しい使い方は置き場の案内板に記載しています。また、チェックアウト後も観光の間はお預かりできますので、身軽に高知観光をお楽しみいただけます。ご希望の際は、お気軽にスタッフまでお知らせください。
専用駐車場は車1泊1,000円、バイク1泊500円でご利用可能です。満車時は近隣のコインパーキングをご案内いたします（1泊数百円程度）。自転車は無料で駐輪いただけますが、お部屋への持ち込みは専用バッグ（輪行袋）への収納が必須です。車でお越しの方は、チェックイン時に最適な駐車場所をスタッフがご案内します。
高知市内の散策に便利な自転車の無料レンタルを行っています。台数に限りがあるため、ご利用を希望される方は事前にお知らせいただけるとスムーズです。路面電車も風情がありますが、自転車なら自分のペースで「ひろめ市場」や「高知城」などの名所を自由に巡ることができます。身軽でアクティブな高知旅を応援します。
お荷物を少しでも軽くして身軽に旅を楽しんでいただけるよう、バスタオルとフェイスタオルの「レンタルタオルセット」を300円でご用意しています。清潔で柔らかなタオルは、シャワー時や近隣の温泉へ出かける際にも便利です。ご希望の方はフロントにてお申し付けください。急なご宿泊や連泊の際も安心です。

ルルル本館の隣の隣が駐車場の広いローソン旭店です。そこへ一旦車を停めさせてもらって、荷物を持ってルルルへチェックインにお越し下さい。チェックインの際に、駐車場の案内をします。満車の場合は少し離れたコインPを案内します。
ルルルの建物の前に駐車しないでください。通行の迷惑になり苦情が出ます。御協力お願いします。
